Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on VrindavanSocial ("the Platform," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy below. If you do not agree, please do not create an account or use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use VrindavanSocial. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Your Account

• 🪷You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.
• 🪷You may use a name of your choosing on your profile. You do not need to use your government legal name — we recognize that some devotees may have personal reasons (family, community, or safety-related) for using a different name, and we don't require legal-identity verification to use the Platform.

4. Your Content

• 🪷You own what you post. Photos, posts, comments, reflections, and any other content you share on VrindavanSocial remain yours.
• 🪷By posting content, you grant VrindavanSocial a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Platform to you and other users (for example, showing your post in the feed, or sharing it with a community you belong to).
• 🪷This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where content has already been shared by others in ways we can't retract (e.g. someone screenshotted it) or where we're required to retain it (e.g. active moderation reports, legal requirements).
• 🪷We do not sell your content, license it to third parties for their own use, or use it for advertising.

5. Community Conduct

Use of the Platform is also governed by our Community Policies page, which covers respectful conduct, content guidelines, and what's not allowed. Violating those guidelines may result in content removal, account restrictions, or termination.

6. Privacy & Data

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
